MeaningSphere is a small startup with a big dream: To inspire, support, and connect people in their quest to discover and experience greater meaning in work and life.
We believe that people intuitively create meaning in response to their life circumstances. Unfortunately, too many workplaces are not set up to provide meaning. This undermines awareness of the importance of meaning, fulfillment, and purpose at work. We focus on meaning at work because work represents a large part of our life and it is often through work we seek to leave our own mark in the world around us.
We believe that meaningful work of any kind improves the conditions of the individual, society and the planet as a whole. We are committed to advancing this movement through the organization we are building, the community we are enabling and the experiences we are offering.
